Not to workshop humor, but I'd have the main dude say she said she was a millennium baby, and then have savvy roommate point out that that means she's 13. Otherwise, the dude is a conscious criminal, which is potentially less laugh-inducing.
Good Affleck pronunciation. And good talk about lighting. That explained the inexplicable location of the shoot.
